Breath Potions are magical tonics that extend Garrett’s breathing time while underwater.

Tactics
While underwater Garrett can hold his breath for around 30 seconds after which he begins losing health until he eventually drowns. To avoid such a fate, use a Breath Potion to fully restore your oxygen.
This extra time can be particularly beneficial when searching for submerged loot or navigating complex waterways. In order to maximize the potion’s effectiveness, try to consume it just before running out of breath.
It’s worth noting, however, that there aren’t actually any underwater areas that require a Breath Potion to be fully explored.
