The Keepers are a mysterious order of scribes and scholars that secretly influenced the balance of power in the City using magical glyphs. Few knew of their existence or their fall into ruin.

Pagans are anarchists who worship a deity known as the Trickster. They possess a strong connection with nature and generally disdain progress and technology. Among their ranks are beastmen and elementals.
Hammerites
The Hammerites are a religious order who worship a deity known as the Builder. They are known for their strict moral codes and philosophical tenets that promote labor, piety, and above all else, order.
Mechanists
Mechanists are a splinter sect of Hammerites led by Karras, a former Master Forger of the Hammerite Order. They’re responsible for numerous technological innovations and devices throughout the City.
City Watch
The City Watch represents the law within in the City. The Baron expects the Sheriff and his officers to keep crime at bay and arrest any law breakers.
