Fan Missions are additional levels that you can play using the original games. They are created by Thief players with reverence for the source material and in many ways are the reason why the community remains passionate about and engaged with the franchise.
If you’re interested in creating a Fan Mission, you’ll need to acquire the correct level editing software. Regardless of which you choose, you can find active communities and helpful resources for them below.
For Thief, Thief Gold, or Thief II use DromEd.
For Thief: Deadly Shadows use T3Ed.
For The Dark Mod, use Dark Radiant.
